How to become a client

We are a small firm, and we would rather do careful work for a limited number of people than rushed work for everyone. New client consultations are scheduled in the order calls come in.

Call the office

Call (775) 826-2380 on any business day and say you would like a consultation. We will book you into the next available consultation, currently about two months out. There is no set day of the month to call. Have your name, a callback number, and a short description of your situation ready.

If the calendar is full

When the next two months are booked, our staff will give you a specific date to call back, and your call on that date goes onto the calendar as it opens.

While you wait

A wait is real, and it is also the reason every client gets our full attention. In the meantime, our Learning Center answers many questions for free, in English and in Spanish.

If your situation cannot wait

We keep some availability for emergencies, such as a detention or an approaching court date. Call (775) 826-2380, tell us it is an emergency, and our staff will go over the details with you.
