U Visa, VAWA & T Visa
United States immigration law protects people who have survived serious harm. These cases are confidential, and in many of them you do not need your abuser or employer to know anything about the filing.
What we help with
- U visas for victims of qualifying crimes who helped law enforcement
- VAWA self-petitions for those abused by a citizen or resident family member
- T visas for survivors of human trafficking
- Law enforcement certifications and how we request them
- Work permits while the case is pending
- The path from these cases toward a green card
Becoming a client
New clients are taken from a waiting list. Call the office to ask about current availability. Urgent matters, like a detention or an upcoming court date, are handled separately.
