The Law Offices of Karen S. Monrreal (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy
explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly. If you fill out a form on this site, that includes your
name, phone number, email address, and anything you write in the message field. If you become a client,
we collect the information your case requires, which is handled under attorney-client confidentiality
and the Nevada Rules of Professional Conduct rather than under this policy.
Our website also collects standard analytics through Google Analytics, such as which pages are
visited and roughly where visitors are located. This information is not tied to your name.
How we use your information
We use what you give us to respond to you, to schedule and manage appointments, to send case
updates and billing notices, and to provide legal services if you become a client. We do not use your
information to advertise to you.
Text messages and your mobile number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or
promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as
customer service or messaging delivery, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text
messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third
parties.
If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only to send appointment reminders, case
and legal updates, and billing notifications. You may receive up to 5 messages per month. Message and data rates may
apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not
affect your case or your relationship with our office.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information. We share it only where a case requires it, such as with government
agencies handling your petition, or with service providers who help us operate, such as our case
management and messaging providers, who are bound to protect it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete
information that we are not required to keep. Contact us using the details below.
